Massage and bodywork are more than physical touch; they are sacred and relational.
I prioritise connection and safety, creating a space where people feel seen and held.
You know your body better than I do. My training does not make me an expert on your experience. I do not subscribe to “more pain, more gain.” Chronic stress creates tightness and bracing that requires patience, not force.
Listening to the mind, body, and spirit (soma), I meet tension with presence, allowing the body to release what it is ready to let go of.
I ensure I am fully present and care for every client. My own wellbeing is foundational to me doing this work well.
I limit my schedule to protect my energy and do not practice while sick (for everyone’s sake).
People pushed to the margins – global majority, working class, fat, disabled, chronically ill, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, survivors – face additional barriers and trauma. They are also often at the forefront of care responsibilities and social justice work. Those who hold space for others need holding too.
To dismantle financial barriers, I offer sliding-scale fees and a limited number of free community slots each week. These practices should not just be a luxury for the rich.

Nervous System soothing
Deep soothing for your nervous system. Using rhythmic listening techniques to hold space for grounding and release.
I have had a lot of massages before (I have chronic pain conditions, so I sometimes need massage treatment to help cope with it) but I’ve never had an experience like the massage Biz provided.
It’s a complete somatic experience. It starts as you come in and you’re calmed and centred with tea, and then before Biz even lays a hand on you, you’re grounded and calmed with gentle guidance. Then Biz used my breathing and it felt as if exactly what my body needed to guide it out of pain, that’s what would happen.

hello, I’m Biz
I first started massaging intuitively as a child, trading sessions with my siblings to ‘get rid of the knots’ in our shoulders. This early curiosity has evolved into a practice centred on care, trust, and deep listening.
My approach is trauma-informed, consent-led, and neurodivergent-aware. I aim to create a space where people feel safe, heard and supported throughout each session.
Every treatment is tailored to the individual, recognising that every body and every experience is different.
