Accessibility

We work together to ensure safety, respect, and comfort in your body are centred. Each session begins with a conversation to tailor the work to your present needs. I encourage ongoing communication with your own body and sensations, inviting you to share any pain on a scale so I can adjust accordingly. Your position on the table—front, back, or side-lying—is flexible, and props like pillows and bolsters are always available to prioritise your comfort. Every element, from music and lighting to scent and touch, can be adjusted to suit your needs.

I currently practise in Hackney and Walthamstow. Below you’ll find information about access, facilities and the treatment environment at each location. Under exceptional circumstances, subject to availability and for an additional fee – I can travel to you.
